COACHING PACKAGE INCLUDES:

45 min 1-1 Training Session

Training Program:
Individualised to clients needs and updated every 5 weeks.
Nutrition Coaching:
Calorie & macro targets, meal ideas, meal plans, and adjustments as well as flexible integration of other nutrition strategies (informed eating, etc).
Tracker:
To track the main metrics crucial for client success (e.g. weights, reps, nutrition, sleep, steps, bodyweight, etc).
Quarterly Needs Analysis:
A needs analysis that summarises previous quarterly goals, results, requirements to achieve next quarters goals as well as clients areas of strength and areas for improvement over the next quarter.

ONLINE COACHING PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Initial Phone Call Meeting:

To assess goals, previous training history, current training status, injuries and limitations, determine optimal training frequency, other training constraints and relevant lifestyle factors for consideration.

Training Program:

Individualised to clients needs and updated every 5 weeks.

Nutrition Coaching:

Calorie & macro targets, meal ideas, meal plans, and adjustments as well as flexible integration of other nutrition strategies (informed eating, etc).

Tracker:

To track the main metrics crucial for client success (e.g. weights, reps, nutrition, sleep, steps, bodyweight, etc).

Weekly Check-In:

Using Google Form to target the most important factors for success, Check-in is either via Voice Note, zoom Screen Recording, or Phone Call depending on check-in requirements.
