- Alpa has been training me for close to 1.5 years and I really love how she has strengthened my body with the right training. Before, I was reluctant to join a gym and hardly motivated to do any exercise whatsoever. After having Alpa as my personal trainer, my perspective towards gym and exercising changed and now I am more motivated and confident than ever. She explains which exercise focuses what muscle, helping me understand what I am doing. I have started noticing the changes in my appearance. I am happy and now more confident with myself. - It’s almost 2 years with Alpa today and still learning a lot (you need to eat more, Carina). I tell everyone that the gym is my therapy, it's where I get exactly what I give, there's no way out. This year I developed a lot of mental strength, surpassed my limits, started waking up earlier (hard to believe 5am) and put my physical and mental health in first place.
